Genotypes cultured Isolates
Genotype calls on 944,270 SNPs on the sequences of different time points during culture adaptation of six Gambian isolates. These genotypes were generated using version 4.0 of the MalariaGEN P. falciparum Community Project analysis pipeline.

Genotype calls on 944,270 SNPs on the sequences of 2,512 samples from Pf3k pilot data release 3 generated as part of the Pf3k project.

About the collaboration
This study used data generated by the MalariaGEN P. falciparum Community Project, an international collaboration that is aims to understand genome diversity of this parasite.
