Anopheles gambiae vector surveillance in Nigeria (1338-VO-NG-ADEDAPO)

The overall objective of this and associated studies is to perform vector genomic surveillance of at least 4000 Anopheles specimens from West Africa (The Gambia, Guinea and Nigeria) to improve understanding of spatial species dynamics and genomic variation associated with insecticide resistance.
