Partner study description

Ivo Mueller and colleagues contributed to the early stages of the MalariaGEN Plasmodium vivax Genome Variation project by providing samples that were not themselves the basis of a partner study, but were used in establishing our laboratory and analytical pipelines. For example, some samples were used to analyse early Illumina sequencing outputs or for preliminary analysis of population structure.
