This release adds further data on the Ag1000G phase 1 cohort, comprising 845 mosquito specimens in total. Included in the release are improved haplotype data for the 765 wild-caught specimens (now including the X chromosome) and results from various population genomic analyses and SNP validation experiments.

All of the data files included in this release can be downloaded from the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute public FTP site.
