How is genomic surveillance of malaria parasites influencing national antimalarial drug policy in Southeast Asia?
In this podcast we speak to Professor Olivo Miotto, Associate Professor, Nuffield Department of Medicine, Oxford University, Oxford. We’ll be talking about the GenRe-Mekong project, the largest implementation of malaria molecular surveillance to date. GenRe is an international collaboration involving five national malaria control programs (NMCPs) and various local partners from South and Southeast Asia, primarily the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS).
